Network Administration

The Network Administrator’s role is the critical management piece of a successfully operating business computer network. Companies in Northeast Ohio and Greater Cleveland rely on Fidelity Systems’ ability to fulfill that role.

We analyze and help resolve any network issues in a timely fashion, keep up with ever changing technology and cybersecurity needs, and work in close cooperation with our client. Fidelity Systems endeavors to bring value and earn your trust through the professional “hands-on” approach to network administration.

Our Managed IT Services contract includes the Network Administrator’s duties. Among which are:

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance. Every computer asset joined to your network needs due diligence to ensure operating systems, hardware and software applications are reviewed regularly and maintained as needed.

Advanced Performance and Event Monitoring. Your business computer network is many inter-connected devices and cables, each with its own ability to slow down or impair a network’s performance. Monitoring the network helps determine what event caused the issue.

License and Asset Management. Every Fidelity Systems client has an inventory of software licenses and devices that need professional management. We understand that each item is an important part of a company’s everyday work environment and its financial investment. We keep on top of license renewals for operating systems and software. We also track and maintain network devices to keep those up to date as well.

Technology Vendor Management. We often recommend services or products from qualified vendors on behalf of our clients. We assist by managing those vendors through the project lifecycle to ensure  quality, on-time delivery and within budget performance.

Network Diagrams. Illustrated and annotated network diagrams help the client visualize simple and complex computer networks. Network diagrams also provide a roadmap to where network assets might be located or to the assigned user.
